AT LAST ITS HERE…Hi everyone, and welcome to the long awaited first edition of “PARTIDO TIEMPO” the official Newsletter for the Saloufest 2005 University Multi-sports Festival.
So what does the name of this Newsletter really mean? Well for those of you who are not quite up to scratch with your Spanish it means “Party Time” So lets do just that, hopefully this newsletter and future editions will keep you on track for Saloufest 2005, so by the time we arrive we can all relax (well you can) and enjoy the week, after all what else are tours for…?
Some Good News to start with, there are now less than 6 weeks, that’s just 48 days until we depart to Spain for the start of another unforgettable week of Sun, Sea, Sport and Sangria along with many other antics that make the tour what it is!!
Unfortunately, there is also some Bad News, although, as you will see from the next page, there are many different Universities attending Saloufest 2005, many of you still owe us for your final payments. You know who you are, please contact us and confirm payment arrangements.
So what plan’s have been made for Saloufest 2005?
G’Day Bruce, Its time to throw a shrimp on the Barby, grab a Fosters, and catch some waves, Monday Night is our first official “Theme Night” and yep you guessed it, its “Australian Night” Head off down to one of our featured bars (details to follow) where there will be plenty of competitions, silly games and other tour Antics going on!
School Disco Night
Back by popular demand, I’m sure you don’t need me to explain this one to you, yet again plenty of tour antics going on throughout the evening, just make sure you don’t get caught by our evil “Head Teacher” who will be out on the town administering punishments for bad behaviour. (This includes not joining in with the tour fun and games!!)
We are still working on our final night as we speak and hope we will be in a position to tell you more in the next newsletter.
Anyway, we hope all the planning is going as well your end as it is ours and we look forward to seeing you all in Spain for a truly unforgettable week, so all that is left for me to say at this stage is “PERMITE EL PARTIDO” |
